Q: How long does the Beginner's Protection Period last?
A: Players playing the game for the first time are protected by the Beginner's Protection Period for nine days. During this period, they are immune to external attacks.

Q: What's the difference between Armistice and the Beginner's Protection Period?
A: Armistice can be activated by a player to protect himself from external attacks, but the Beginner's Protection Period is automatically imposed on new players. The Armistice function also doubles the resources and time required to conscript soldiers, whereas the Beginner's Protection Period does not. There is no need to use Armistice during the Beginner's Protection Period.

Q: Does the Beginner's Protection Period affect my Field Resource Areas?
A: The Beginner's Protection is applied to your main castle, and does not affect the Field Resource Areas. A Field Resource Area is usually protected only by hiring guard monsters. If someone attacks your Field Resource Area and occupies it, the area will be put under a short protection period where no one can attack that area. You can attack and occupy it again after the protection expires. This protection period is unrelated to the Beginner's Protection Period.

Q: Why doesn't "Food" match the amount of food produced?
A: "Food" is the total amount of food produced, minus the amount consumed by the castle population and soldiers.

Q: What will happen if the amount of food production become minus?
A: If the amount of food production become minus, your soldier unit would be demobilized.

Q: I couldn't withdraw at Command Center.
A: There's a time that you could not withdraw if your units are close to the destination because of the time lag. If you want to withdraw, please do it well in advance.

Q: How can I get more gold?
A: You can get more gold by going on hunts, visiting Watermills, collecting taxes at the Administration building, selling resources, or having one of your heroes fight at the Coliseum.

Q:Quantity of my resources decreased. Nevertheless, I gained some resources.
A:When the quantity of your resources overflow your warehouse capacity, amount of resources in warehouse would be averaged.

Q: How is the amount of gold you get by collecting taxes determined?
A: The amount you can collect depends on your castle's population. It will increase each time your population increases by 100.

Q: How can you increase Fame?
A: Your Fame increases whenever you spend gold in the game. Using one unit of gold increases your Fame by one. For example, if you use 1,000 Gold to put on a circus, your Fame will increase by 1,000. However, Fame does not increase when gold is used between players at the Market.

Q:Diamonds are in my account. I never bought it.
A:20 Free Diamonds will be provided to your newly created character account for you to try Diamond Functions. If you delete your existing character account and create new one, 20 Free Diamonds will be provided to your new account.

Q: How many Field Resource Areas can a single castle occupy?
A: One castle can occupy a maximum of six Field Resource Areas.

Q: Can you dispatch a hero to a Field Resource Area to protect it?
A: No. However, it is possible to hire a neutral monster to protect your territory. This requires a certain amount of gold.

Q:Why are Resource Area Guards I killed resuscitated?
A:Resource Area Guards killed in battle will be resuscitated by Elite Guard's special skill called "Soldier Resurrection".

Q: How do you get items?
A: When your heroes go hunting or you destroy a Devil Castle, you will get the chance to obtain items.

Q: What are the small facesprowler that appear on the map?
A: They're prowlers. If you fight one of them and win, you can get a treasure box. A prowler's level will be the same as that of your hero.

Q: How can you open treasure chests?
A: You need a key to open a treasure chest. Keys can be purchased with Diamonds, obtained through hunting, or purchased from other players at the Market.

Q: How do you get the Dragon Fame that is required to purchase Jewels?
A: You can get a certain amount of Dragon Fame by destroying Devil Castles or defeating prowlers.

Q: Why can't I take items out of the Treasury?
A: You must have a hero at your castle in order to take items out of the Treasury.

Q:What is the "Rank" in Coliseums?
A:Higher your rank gets, more gold you can get as winning award.

Q: What makes up an armor set?
A: An armor set contains the following five types of armor: Helmet, Armor, Gauntlets, Tasset, and Greaves.

Q: What level Command Center is required to have two heroes dispatched to the same location?
A: The number of heroes you can have dispatched to the same location increases by one for every five levels that your Command Center rises. Thus, to dispatch two heroes, you will need at least a Level 5 Command Center. If you have a Level 20 Command Center, you can dispatch five heroes to the same location.

Q: If you occupy the castle of a player who is of another race, can you then possess units of that race?
A: Yes.

Q: Does your Fame increase if you purchase items at the Market?
A: Trading gold with other players at the Market does not increase your Fame.

Q: How can I cancel my resource that I put up in sale?
A: Go 「Market→Trade Resources→Trade Record」. If it were not sold yet, you can cacel by clicking icon「x」

Q: My Defense is listed as "0" in the Defense Rankings.
A: That is a phenomenon that occurs just after being attacked, and does not affect game play.

Q: I constructed a Tower of Soul, but I haven't gotten any Skeletons.
A: A Tower of Soul has a 3% Skeleton summoning rate. This 3% is applied to the amount of experience your hero obtains after a battle. For example, if the hero gets 2,000 points in battle, three Skeletons will be summoned (3% of 2,000 is 60, and each Skeleton requires 20 Exp. Points).

Q: How can I get quests?
A: Go to the Heliopalace using the menu at the top right of the game screen. Then click "Quest" on the Heliopalace menu.

Q: How to get a daily quest?
A: You need to complete the beginner's quests chain by finishing "A New Journey" in order to get a daily quest. This requirement won't be applied to some of special daily quests available for a short period.

Q: I can't take on a certain quest.
A: Some quests have conditions that must be met before they can be taken on. Most of these involve Hero Level, Population and Fame. If you don't meet these requirements, you can't take on the quest.

Q: What is Armistice?
A: Armistice is a Diamond Function that protects a castle (including Branch Castles) from external attacks for five days. However, this function cannot be used when the castle is at war or there are soldiers being conscripted at the castle. In addition, using Armistice doubles the resources and time required to conscript soldiers, and makes it impossible to perform any military actions. It does not affect the construction of buildings or the production of resources.

Q: I can't use Armistice.
A: Armistice cannot be used when a castle is at war or there are soldiers being conscripted at the castle. Cancel the conscription or stop the war in order to use Armistice.

Q:I attacked other player's castle and won the battle, but I could not get much resources and gold. Why is that?
A:Quantity of resources and gold you can obtain is decided depending on several facts such as your Fame. In some cases, you can not obtain any.

Q:What does "time+3" in description of Scroll mean?
A:This means length of scroll efficacy. "+3" means 3 hours efficacy.

Q: Are there any plans to reset all the player data on a game server? Will we have to start all over again in the future?
A: We currently don't have any plans to reset the game server. However, we cannot say that we will absolutely never reset the game server. For the time being, we will not be clearing the player data and forcing everyone to start from scratch.

Q: Is there any way to start out with my castle near a friend? Or, can I relocate my castle?
A: There is no way to choose your starting location so that your main castle will be located close to a friend and you cannot relocate your main castle when you start out. However, when you have enough prosperity, you can build a branch castle near a friend. Then you can change that branch castle into your main castle.
