Playing with multiple accounts on the same server

In the Seventh Dragon, you may not play with multiple accounts on a single server. Your player data will be deleted or your accounts will be suspended and/or banned if you are found to create multiple player data on the same server.
1. How to delete your player data
Your account will not be suspended or your player data will not be deleted if you voluntarily delete excessive players so that only one exists on a single server, even if you have accidentally created several. In order to delete your player data, please follow the steps below:
Caution: Once the deletion of your player data is complete, it cannot be restored.

If you would like to cancel your bg-time account, or a bg-time service, please follow the steps below:

1. On the Seventh Dragon game page, click the "Status" link on the right hand side of the page.
2. Click the "Delete All Data" link found on the top of the page.
3. Click "OK" to delete the player data. Deletion takes 72 hours to complete.

If you would like to cancel your bg-time account, or a bg-time service, please follow the steps below:
1. On the top of The Seventh Dragon official site, click the "Support" link.
2. Click the "My Page" link on the left hand side of the page and login.
3. Click the "Resignation" button. On the next page, you can choose one of two kinds of resignation: bg-time account or bg-time service.

* Cancelling your bg-time account
If you would like to cancel all of your bg-time services, choose this option. Once you have cancelled your bg-time account, you can not use the same bg-time account to access any of the bg-time services. If you would like to use the bg-time services again in the future, you will have to register with a different e-mail address and create a new bg-time account.
* Cancelling a specific service
If you would like to cancel one of our services, choose this option. Once you have cancelled a service, you can not access cancelled service from the same bg-time account. If you want to access that service again, you will have to register with a different e-mail address and create a new bg-time account.
