Here is how to appoint a new Guild Master (GM) due to absence of the current GM!

* Conditions:

1. If a GM has not logged in for more than 7 days.

* Whether or not the duration of the GM's absence has been more than 7 days can be found out by making an inquiry.

2. If there are at least 3 inquiries (for the changing of a GM) from 3 different guild members.

3. If there are at least 3 inquires for a single candidate or if all inquiries indicate a single candidate.

4. If there are 2 candidates, the one with more votes will be elected.

5. If there are 3 or more candidates, the election will become invalid and you will be notified.

6. Self-recommendations for the position will be invalid.

7. Any inquiries with typos and unrecognizable information will be invalid.


Inquiry of Election Format:
