5-2. Multiple Accounts:
Effective Date: From 06/01/2010
Each user may only have one account on a server at a time. Anyone who has more than one account on a single server, even if the other accounts are inactive, will be regarded having multiple accounts.
Multiple accounts for a single user are forbidden because they confer unfair advantages when that user uses their secondary accounts to support the main account.
Accounts found to be in violation of this rule will be penalized or banned without warning.
